Bel Vista Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated CNA for night shift to provide routine nursing care and support to residents per their care plans. You will identify residents, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the nurse in charge.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining clean and safe rooms, and ensuring residents’ comfort. CPR certification preferred; license must be current as per state law.

Formación

• Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state laws.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans and policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before care and treatments.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Promptly report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain resident room readiness and safety.
• Provide gentle, respectful care and monitor for changes.
• Protect confidentiality and report any data breaches or incidents.
• Participate in shift nursing reports and follow policies.
