Job summary

Ashland is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document entries clearly, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires strict adherence to care policies, maintaining resident privacy, and supporting safe transfers and mobility within the unit. CPR is preferred and a minimum 10th grade education is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or services.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and notes.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain residents' rooms, assist with daily living activities, and support transfers.
