Ashland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per their care plans. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor to ensure high-quality care.

With a focus on confidentiality and patient comfort, the role involves assisting residents with daily tasks, preparing them for tests, and supporting care teams. CPR is preferred, and a valid CNA license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Identify residents before care and ensure correct treatment administration.
• Follow facility policies for documenting in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident conditions to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility needs.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and accompany them as needed.
• Support in infection control and reporting incidents.
