Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general patient care and perform routine treatments and procedures as directed by the RN.
• Assist with personal hygiene to promote patient’s comfort and well-being.
• Check and record intake and output as ordered; take and record vital signs.
• Assist the RN in caring for seriously ill patients or in complicated treatments.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment with well-stocked supplies and functioning equipment.
• Document all care provided and significant information accurately.
• Observe patients and report changes to RN/Team Leader.
• Attend seminars and in-services to maintain knowledge of specialty; perform other duties as assigned.
