Job summary

This role reports to the Nurse Manager and is part of a collaborative care team. Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an approved Nursing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Program or current Nursing student with satisfactory completion of at least one clinical rotation Required
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
• Basic Life Support Required

Responsibilities

• Assists the RN by performing patient care activities delegated to the unlicensed nursing support staff and additional specific functions for which prepared
• Incorporates the Hospital's Customer Service Program into all aspects of patient care activities
• Accountable to the Nurse Manager or designee for all activities
