Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care.
• Take and monitor vital signs and assist with EKGs and phlebotomy as needed.
• Document patient information in EHR with confidentiality.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care plans.
• Support CPR and BLS in emergencies.
• Provide care appropriate to patient age and support safe outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team from admission to discharge.
