Job summary

Responsibilities include collaborating with R.N., performing basic nursing assistant tasks, documenting in the EHR, ensuring safety and infection control, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island Nursing Assistant license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document in electronic health records.
• Certified in American Heart Association BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurse to organize work and set priorities.
• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Maintain safe environment and infection control.
• Report observations and participate in emergency/ code situations.
• Document patient data accurately in the EHR.
