Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient needs including hygiene, nutrition, activity, and treatments.
• Observe patients and communicate changes to the Team Leader.
• Document patient care in the EMR (vital signs, intake/output, meals, ADLs).
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and safety policies.
• Uphold the Patient's Bill of Rights and provide respectful care.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and use PPE as required.
• Report accidents or safety hazards promptly.
