Responsibilities

• Assist with patient needs including hygiene, nutrition and daily living activities.
• Observe patients and report changes to the Team Leader.
• Document patient cares in the EMR (vital signs, intake/output, meals).
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control policies.
• Respect patient rights and dignity; ensure privacy and appropriate lifting techniques.
