Job summary

Franklin Manor Assisted Living Center is seeking a Resident Care Director to oversee the daily operations and quality of care for our residents at 100 Sunset Drive, Youngsville, NC 27596. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure compassionate, compliant, and person-centered care.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in North Carolina, CPR certification, and at least two years of supervisory healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an AHA approved provider.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.
