Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Resident Care Director for a full-time role in a North Carolina assisted living facility. You will oversee the community's clinical operations and partner with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure top‑level care for residents.

Active RN or LPN license in the state is required, with CPR certification and at least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. ALF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN or LPN license in the state of work.
• Active CPR certification for healthcare providers required.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, preferably long-term care.
• Previous ALF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and success of the assisted living community.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and Medical Director to maintain high quality of resident care.
