Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications, tests, treatments, and IV lines.
• Record time spent performing individual treatments, in accordance with policy.
• Ensure proper storage and security of drugs and biologicals.
• Notify physician of refusals, non-compliance, and adverse reactions.
• Keep medication cart, refrigerator, and room neat and properly stored/ disposed.
• Assist in orientation and training of new nursing personnel.
• Practice and supervise infection control and safety policies.
