Responsibilities

• Excellence in patient experience by partnering with health care team, patient and family.
• Support patient care under the direction of the RN.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with ADLs and comfort measures.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Transport supplies, patient care supplies and equipment as assigned.
• Demonstrate effective communication using AIDET and other safety protocols.
