Job summary

Gem Transport, LLC in Nampa, Idaho is seeking compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Drivers to transport patients safely to medical appointments and rehab sessions. You will assist patients getting in and out of vehicles, maintain clean vehicles, and follow all safety and traffic rules while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Background check required.
• Defensive driving training completed by Gem Transport.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence.
• Previous transportation or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments.
• Assist patients in boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the vehicle.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations for smooth transport.
• Coordinate schedules and routes with management, dispatchers, and team.
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
