Job summary

Conway Regional Health System is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support the Adult Behavioral Psychology Department. You will supervise and assist with patient care activities, promote continuity of care, and help meet department goals in collaboration with the health care team.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, skin care, and use of equipment, along with other delegated tasks within your scope of practice. A teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher education.
• Basic keyboarding skills preferred.
• Clinical experience or CNA preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required or expected.
• Orientation in testing equipment and crisis prevention may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision for the Adult Behavioral Psychology Department.
• Assist with personal care activities and basic patient care tasks.
• Support continuity of care and assist with department goals as directed.
• Perform delegated clinical and administrative duties within scope of practice.
• Demonstrate teamwork through effective collaboration with care teams.
