Qualifications

• Prior experience or training in a medical facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong prioritization and ability to handle high-stress environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Check patients in and collect copays.
• Check patients out and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain full provider schedules and contact waitlisted patients as openings occur.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for existing patients.
• Assist with paperwork and correspondence with insurance companies/EDD.
• Relay patient messages to providers and communicate responses back to patients.
• Answer and return patient calls and voicemails promptly.
• Be a team player and assist where needed; flexible with locations for coverage.
• Handle high-volume office efficiently.
