Job summary

Silverado North Shore in Wisconsin is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

You lead with heart and integrity in a team-focused environment, delivering compassionate care while maintaining accurate records and reporting changes to the nursing team. Part-time, NOC shift, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
