Job summary

Silverado North Shore in Wisconsin is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide compassionate clinical care for residents living with memory impairments. You will work the PM shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off, and you will liaise with families and physicians, document care, and assist with daily living activities.

The role requires LVN/LPN licensure, caring communication, and a willingness to grow within a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Experience in senior or memory care settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation for attendance.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort around animals/pets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Provide clinical support and assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor resident health and maintain care documentation.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for memory-impaired residents.
