Job summary

Avamere Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Community in Seaside, OR. The role supports residents with daily living, emotional needs, and safety, with a Friday–Tuesday evening schedule at Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Community.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility assistance, meal prep, and health monitoring, all while maintaining confidentiality and a warm, cheerful environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver in memory care or assisted living preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification must be obtainable during employment.
• Food Handler's Card required.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor health and report concerns to supervisors.
• Answer calls and support resident orientation.
