• Performs daily tasks including laundry and housekeeping.
• Prepares and serves meals; assists residents during meals.
• Reports concerns to management and follows policies.
• Trains and mentors new staff; attends mandatory meetings.
• Communicates health changes to team and families; coordinates with leaders.
