Qualifications

• Maintains health and wellness records for residents.
• Provides direct care and activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and activities of daily living to residents (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, engagement).
• Maintains health and wellness records for residents in paper and electronic format.
• Performs daily household tasks per shift list (laundry, housekeeping).
• Prepares and serves meals as needed; assists residents with meals as needed.
• Reports concerns to management; adheres to Sodalis policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors new staff members; attends mandatory meetings.
• Communicates with Team Leader and Health and Wellness Director about resident changes; coordinates with family.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
