Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility within a senior living community. You will help maintain residents’ well‑being, dignity, and independence in a resident‑first, team‑oriented environment.

The role involves assisting with daily tasks, observing changes, and supporting dining services, with opportunities across independent, assisted, and memory care settings.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and associates.

Responsibilities

• Caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Assisting with daily activities such as wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility.
• Helping with housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ condition or status.
• Conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Supporting dining services by escorting residents, serving meals, and cleaning up.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
