Senior Solutions Management Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily care for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative services. The role includes assisting with daily routines, reporting observations, and supporting care plans under supervision.

You will work to maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality in all resident interactions. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CN A certification is preferred but not always required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Records observations and important information for care plans.
• Supports care plans and ensures changes are reflected.
• Maintains professional conduct and follows facility policies.
• Participates in staff education and safety initiatives.
• Responds promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Assists with meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information.
