Morning Pointe Senior Living in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for full-time 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) to assist residents with daily living activities in a caring, secure environment. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and compassionate service.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and aid with mobility; lifting up to 50 lbs; standing for extended periods; and supporting a team-focused, ethical workplace.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
