Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living - Kinston in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Medication Assistant to support Assisted Living residents with medication administration and daily care, working closely with our Resident Care Director. This role requires compassion, attention to safety, and the ability to build real relationships with residents.

Shifts available 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. You bring at least 18 years old, 1+ year senior care experience, and a current Medication Training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of experience with senior adults.
• Current Medication Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, associates, and visitors with warmth and a service-first attitude.
• Administer medications accurately per State guidelines.
• Support daily living activities - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Stay in close communication with the Resident Services team to keep care consistent.
• Jump in on and help lead resident activities.
• Keep resident satisfaction at the center of everything you do.
