Job summary

Vincentian Home Personal Care in McCandless, PA is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician. You will safely administer medications and support residents’ daily care, working closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care and safety.

Responsibilities include medication management, vital signs, and coordinating with physicians. All shifts are available, with shift differentials for evenings and overnights. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Pennsylvania DHS Medication Administration Training required.
• Current/active Med-Tech training or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer and manage residents' medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to nursing staff.
• Perform vital signs, height/weight, and glucose monitoring as part of med care.
• Assist with daily resident care needs and activities.
• Maintain narcotic counts and medication documentation.
• Complete medication cart audits and coordinate orders as needed.
