Job summary

Lawrence Healthcare in Arkansas is seeking a Medication Technician/C.N.A to assist licensed nursing staff with preparing and administering daily medications as ordered by the physician. You will document in the electronic health record under supervision and respond to resident requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as a C.N.A in the state of Arkansas.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
• Successful completion of state approved Medication Administration and hold medication aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing staff by preparing and administering daily medications as ordered by the physician.
• Document within limitations in the electronic health record under the supervision of the licensed nurse.
• Respond to Resident requests and other direct care duties as assigned.
