Qualifications

• Computer skills for EMR and document tasks.
• Education: high school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience.
• Certification: Med-Tech (or as required) license.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates SRIM values, treats residents with respect and kindness.
• Supervises self-administration of medication for residents.
• Assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Interacts empathetically with residents at all levels of care.
• Observes health changes and reports to supervisor.
• Assists in dining room and leisure activities per activity calendar.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Performs daily housekeeping duties as scheduled and required.
• Participates in trainings and team activities as assigned.
