Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Medication Technician (32-40 hours per week) to provide compassionate medication administration and daily living support to residents.

You will document, prepare, and administer medications as prescribed, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service; weekend availability is required; Pay DOE.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or obtainable.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Notify Supervisor if medication is not administered correctly and document reasons.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records.
• Track medication changes and communicate with the pharmacy and Supervisor.
• Document information and report changes in resident condition to a supervisor.

Education
