Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a compassion for older adults.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications according to physician orders on the MAR.
• Documents medications administered on the MAR per policy.
• Checks MARs after administration and before end of shift for accuracy.
• Maintains security of medication cart and narcotic keys.
• Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed.
• Collaborates with peers and staff to provide care.
