MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician for the AM PT shift in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role focuses on medication administration, daily living support, and maintaining precise documentation in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and state certifications as applicable. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year healthcare support experience preferred but on-the-job training available.
• Must be able to document accurately and follow policies/regulations.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, daily living activities, and care as documented.
• Notify supervisor if med administration is not per directions and record reasons.
• Maintain confidential records of resident medication and care.
• Track medication changes and communicate with pharmacy and supervisor.
• Support Caregiver duties as needed and described in job plan.
• Document incidents and changes in resident condition and escalate promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards and MBK policies.
