Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Petaluma, CA, seeks a Part-time Medication Technician for the PM shift. You will document, deliver, and administer medicines to residents while delivering compassionate service in accordance with regulations and policy.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, readable/writable English, and the ability to work evenings. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and team support in a vibrant, hospitality-driven community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience handling medications preferred but on-the-job training is available.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments according to policy.
• Observe and document medication ingestion or application as directed.
• Coordinate medication services with pharmacy and physician.
• Maintain confidential resident records per procedures.
• Participate in narcotic counts at the start and end of shift.
• Respond to resident needs promptly while respecting privacy and dignity.
