Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Medication Technician for full-time AM shift in California. The role involves assisting residents with medication administration and activities of daily living, documenting passes and incidents, and collaborating with the health services team.

The position offers full-time benefits and opportunities for professional development. The shift is Fri–Mon 6:00am–2:30pm with a pay range of $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• 1+ year of related healthcare experience preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned.
• Document medication administration and incidents accurately.
• Notify supervisor of any deviations or medication changes.
• Maintain confidential records per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly.
• Ensure a safe environment and proper use of equipment and safety protocols.
