• Maryland Medication Technician Certification is required.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team members.
• Accurate documentation and medication procedures must be followed.
• Ability to use electronic systems for medication tracking.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records.
• Monitor residents for changes or side effects and report promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while protecting dignity and independence.
• Develop meaningful connections with residents, families, and staff.
