Responsibilities

• Observes and reports symptoms or adverse effects related to medications.
• Determines and records effectiveness of medications and upholds residents' rights.
• Stores medications safely and ensures accountability during shifts.
• Monitors medication administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Inspects and maintains equipment and supplies to ensure resident safety.
• Performs mandatory training and participates in life safety drills.
• Communicates with residents, staff, and supervisors accurately.
