Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing medications with correct drug, time, route, resident, and dose, documenting concerns, and keeping the medication cart organized. Strong English literacy and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents using MAR as a guide.
• Prepare medications with right drug, time, route, resident, and dosage.
• Document all resident concerns and maintain confidentiality.
• Complete treatments as outlined and keep medication cart orderly.
• Restock cart after passes and report medication errors immediately.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
