Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2–4 years related experience
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines
• Must complete ESL medication competency on hire and per state regulation
• First Aid and CPR certification as required by state law or company standards
• Able to read/interpret safety rules and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance per state regulations
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines
• Order and receive medications; liaise with pharmacy for availability
• Maintain resident records in digital platform daily
• Conduct room visits and checks to ensure safety and quality of care
• Assist with resident care when needed and respond to requests promptly
• Monitor resident well‑being and communicate changes to supervisors
• Audit rooms for medications residents self-administer and ensure compliance
