Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA Certification required.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• ESL medication competency upon hire.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Able to adapt to varying tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and administer according to state regulations.
• Order and receive medication; ensure availability and communicate with the pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily.
• Perform room visits and regular room checks.
• Assist with resident care when needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests including emergencies.
• Monitor safety and well-being; report changes to Health/Welfare Director.
