The Landings of Swansboro is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our compassionate senior living team. You will ensure safe, accurate medication administration, monitor residents' health, and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State-approved Medication Aide training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe and report changes in residents' health, measure vital signs, and assist with basic healthcare tasks.
• Resident Engagement: build relationships and encourage participation in wellness programs and activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and keep medication carts and records organized and secure.
