The Landings of Smithfield is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team on-site. You will safely administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and support the nursing team to maintain wellbeing with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs as needed.
• Engage residents with compassionate care and promote participation in wellness activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure safety, storage, and disposal of medications.
