Qualifications

• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Engage with residents to support wellness activities and positive interactions.
• Maintain infection control practices and organize medication carts and records.
