Whispering Oak Place is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to provide safe, accurate medication support and compassionate resident care. This role requires state-certified Medication Aide/Administration credentials and may require CPR, with potential CNA experience preferred.

You will contribute to a safe, respectful environment by following care plans, documenting care, and engaging residents in daily activities, meals, and socialization while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification required (per state regulations).
• Caregiver or CNA experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (where applicable).

Responsabilités

• Provide Safe Medication Support: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and delegated by nursing staff; document accurately and timely; observe for side effects and changes; perform narcotic counts and cart audits; maintain HIPAA compliance.
