Responsibilities

• Assist with medication and treatments as prescribed by physician and monitor responses.
• Maintain documentation per policy and state regulations.
• Keep residents' records up to date including medications, incidents and changes.
• Maintain medication rooms and carts; ensure cleanliness and order.
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting independence.
• Observe and report residents' health status to Wellness Director.
• Deliver and retrieve meal trays; assist with meals and dietary needs.
