Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician under supervision.
• Follow nursing standards, facility policies, and state requirements.
• Maintain a clean medication cart and room and properly label medications.
• Document all medication administration and report discrepancies or refusals.
• Assist in charting and reporting medication effects or adverse reactions.
• Support residents with daily care duties as needed.
