Qualifications

• Must hold CMA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must have a valid CPR certification.
• Must have basic computer skills.

• Must be able to work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by the physician, under supervision.
• Comply with facility policies, nursing department procedures, and safety rules.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately and promptly.
• Report medication errors or refusals immediately.
• Verify resident identity before administering medications and ensure proper labeling and storage.
