Formación

• Nebraska 40-hour Medication Aide certification required.
• Clear and professional communication with residents and team.
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to use electronic medication tracking systems.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults.
• Availability for every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living while preserving dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
