Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking compassionate aides to support residents in a continuing care environment in Wayne, NJ. Part-time and per diem schedules are available, with compensation ranging from $22.00 to $26.25 per hour plus shift differential.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living and implementing personalized care plans, while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure timely, high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner. Administration of medication to residents.
