The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mancos, CO is seeking compassionate Part-Time Dietary Aides to join our team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals while meeting residents' dietary needs and ensuring sanitation in dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
• Follow meal plans and portion guidelines according to resident care plans.
• Deliver food trays and assist residents with meal setup as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, servings, and sanitation logs.
• Uphold safety and infection control standards in all dietary tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of our residents’ nutrition and well-being.
