Job summary

Stonecroft Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to safely administer medications and monitor residents’ health. You will support the nursing team, maintain accurate records, and uphold high-quality care with attention to detail and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Prepare, store, and dispose of medications properly and securely.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Assist with basic healthcare tasks under supervision of licensed staff.
• Engage with residents to promote well-being and participation in activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
