Job summary

Country Time Inn is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to administer medications accurately and monitor residents’ health. This role supports the nursing team and upholds residents’ dignity and independence in daily care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state-approved Medication Aide training preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration; excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; required to follow safety protocols and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
• Monitor residents' health status, record vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team.
• Engage with residents to foster compassionate care and participation in wellness activities.
• Maintain safety and compliance by following infection control procedures and managing medications securely.
